Rakiolus

Heya!
And here is the next Pokemon i gonna show you!
He is one of my favorits and his looking is based a bit on the Legendary Pokemon Zekrom~
Rakiolus!
His Type: Dragon / Electric

Even thought the sprites are pretty big (i can't help myself, i love to make such big sprites)

Intro:
- left normal, right shiny
- he was done after Black / White was released
- his tail is pretty sharp and he uses it like a blade
